• The Order

All orders for products presuppose acceptance of prices and product description. Product orders are subject to availability and, in this sense, if the product ordered is not in stock or available, we will inform in short notice and buyer will be given the possibility to change the order or cancel it.
By completing the Order, the Customer guarantees that all the data provided is real and correct, otherwise it could withstand the consequences of these errors (delayed order, misdirected, etc.).
To place an order from the our online store or for any desired service, the customer will complete a request form, which is valid for both products and services. Once the customer completes the form, he will be contacted to complete the order or establish a consultation (for services).
By completing the Order, the Customer agrees that a www.gramatschii.com representative will contact him / her via any available means agreed by the Party (e-mail / telephone) for the personal confirmation of the Order.
Gramatschii Design Studio reserves the right to cancel any order if some anomaly was observed in the order placement or if the information given by the buyer was not filled out correctly.

• Prices & Payment

Prices exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be added to the total cost of the order, depending on item and delivery location. They are calculated separatly.
If your purchase is done through gramatschii.com, all orders must be paid exclusively in Euros to the course of national bank.
The final price paid by the Customer is made up of the product price + the expedition and / or the related collection costs.
The price, payment method and payment term will be specified in the Order. The Seller will issue an Account to the Customer, the Customer’s obligation being to provide all the information required for this account.
Payment will be accepted by transfer.

Guarantee is provided for purchased products.
In order to benefit from the warranty, the Client has the following obligations:

• The product is purchased from Gramatschii Design Studio and used only for the purpose for which it was designed;
• Keep the fiscal document with which he bought the product;
• Keep the original packaging and all the accessories that came with it and deliver them together with the warranty product.

The cost of the shipment is supported by the Customer. Causes of Loss of Warranty:

• Damage or mechanical damage; Excessive exposure to solar radiation; product changes;
• Damage caused by non-observance of instructions for use, transport, handling and installation;
• Flooding, burning, sun exposure, inappropriate modifications or installations, unauthorized interventions.

Gramatschii Design Studio does not guarantee customers:

• If the purchased product is not in accordance with the requirements or expectations of Customers;
• After the expiration of the period for which the Seller offers product warranty.

All other provisions of the current legislation regarding the guarantee of the products sold are valid. The rights of the Clients are those stipulated in the legislation in the field. The warranty does not extend to any damage caused by the use of the product.

Shipping times can vary depending upon the product.
All orders are normally shipped from Chișinău within 3-5 working days.
Company as Agent. Customer understands the company is not a “carrier” but that company will select and engage carriers on behalf of Customer. The Company acts as the “agent” of the Customer for the purpose of arranging transportation services, and of performing duties in connection with this service such as the filing of export and security documentation on behalf of the Customer and other dealings with Government Agencies.
Insurance: unless requested to do so in writing and confirmed by Customer in writing, Company is under no obligation to procure insurance on Customer’s behalf; in all cases, Customer shall pay all premiums and costs in connection with procuring requested insurance. The Company does not itself insure any transportation but uses reasonable care to contract with an insurance company to provide said insurance at an additional cost.
Company can not be held responsible and shall remain exempt from all liability for physical damage to a shipment, or loss caused by delay of delivery, when conditions beyond the carrier’s control are encountered during transit.
The risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the delivered goods is, at the latest, transferred to the client upon hand-over of the goods to the forwarding agent, the carrier, or any other third party charged with the task of performing shipment (applicable from commencement of loading).

You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving/buying your items. You have to notify us before the 14 days if you want to return your order. Please contact us at design@gramatschii.com if you want to return a product :
After you have received the products you ordered, you may carefully examine and try the products within the period of 14 days, but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in our store or any other offline reseller. If the items or packing have been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused. When we have received the items, we will notify you if there is any loss of value of the product and if your refund will be lower than the price paid.
To return or exchange an item, please email us with details of the item to be returned, and the reason for its return. The package must then be shipped. All shipping costs, duties and taxes have to be paid by sender.
All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable and additional shipping fees and restocking fees may apply.
If we accept your return order as valid and the product can be re-sold as new, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. But we do not cover the return shipping cost. The refund will be paid back to the credit card (or method of payment) used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification of your wish to return the order. However the refund will not be paid before we have received the products at our warehouse.

• Return shipping

The shipping costs for returning an order are not covered by us, and must be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself.
The items you want to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Damage done while returning / shipping the product to our warehouse is your responsibility. Please make sure you pack the return safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes, as this will affect the value of the product, and thus our possibility to resell the item. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.

• How to return items

1. Notify by email on design@gramatschii.com within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to return something.
2. Send your items and the original packaging back to us within 14 days from your notification.
3. Fill out the return form, and send it along with the items you want to return.
4. The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by GRAMATSCHII DESIGN.
5. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we receive the notification, however the refund will not be paid before we have received the items at our warehouse.
6. If the items are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received it a deduction can be made in your refund similar to the decrease of the value of the items.

• Damaged or faulty items

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at: design@gramatschii.com. We will do our best to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.
If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some pictures if there is something wrong with one of the products.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the items back.

If your delivery country charges customs or import duties – these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. You will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
